Welcome to the South Burlington School District Information Technology Systems web services area!

The Information Technology Systems (I.T.) department is made up of three separate teams, all under one department.  Each team covers specific areas of expertise as follows:

IT Support includes both our Help Desk and our Network Team.

• Our Help Desk provides basic phone support for technical issues, Audio-Visual equipment, and telephone issues.
• Our Network Team focuses on maintaining our network infrastructure, district technology purchases, support for escalated Help Desk calls, and technical issues that are more widespread

Data Services is our District Data Team which handles all of the District's data needs and technical support for our Student Information System (SIS) and other systems that rely heavily on our SIS data to function properly, such as SBAC, FastBridge, and DreamBox.
