Important reminders:
It is important during this school closure and social distancing to try and keep a routine and a sense of normalcy. It will help to continue good sleep habits, healthy eating, plenty of sunshine and time outdoors, exercise, drinking plenty of water, of course, plenty of handwashing, and making the school work your child’s teacher has provided fun and part of the daily routine. Please use the attached Tracking Form of your self-care.
